vMe Terms of Service

Welcome to vMe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, landing page, or mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use vMe. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and can legally enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of vMe, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
vMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
3. User Content
You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or transmit on vMe, including voice memos, messages, comments, and profile information (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant vMe a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it in connection with the Services.
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
- Use vMe to impersonate others or mislead users
- Interfere with the Services or violate security measures
vMe reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use vMe for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access the Services’ backend or code
- Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Services, including spam, bots, or unauthorized automation
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in vMe, including the app, website, logos, design, and code, are owned by vMe or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
vMe integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- React Native for app user interface
- Supabase for storage of app data and content
- Firebase for push notifications and engagement tracking
- Brevo for email communications
- N8N for integrations and automation
- MetaPixel and Google Analytics for website tracking
By using vMe, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect and process your information in accordance with their privacy policies.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Termination
vMe may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary.
9. Disclaimers
vMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of User Content
- Any specific results from use of the Services
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vMe and its affiliates, directors, and employees will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Any claims arising from your use of the Services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vMe, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.
12. Changes to the Terms
vMe may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which vMe is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
